Student personal and academic records are maintained by the University. Students can review grades and update personal records using the secure-web based Personal Records Online Web Link (PROWL) in MyLMU. Transcript Requests
Official transcripts include all courses in-progress and completed at Loyola Marymount University, including the Center. Requests for transcripts to show end of current semester’s work are held until all grades are recorded. Transcript requests are processed in accordance with the date of filing.
Students who have unpaid bills or other unsettled financial obligations with the Center or any other unit at the University will not receive academic transcripts until they have cleared all such obligations.
Request your Transcript. LMU has appointed Credentials Inc. as the designated agent for processing and sending official transcripts on behalf of LMU. Credentials Inc. has been granted the authority to deliver all transcript requests on behalf of LMU, and respond to inquiries regarding the transactions. Small processing and/or mailing fees may apply.
The PDF transcript that is produced using this service contains the identical information as the printed transcript and can be certified as unaltered by uploading the file to the company's website that is provided during the delivery process. All of the actual transcript records are maintained by LMU.
