Yoga Therapy Rx 300-hour Teacher Training

This 300-hour teacher training program is designed for those who have already completed a 200-hour program and are now looking to advance their teaching practice with a focus on the therapeutic applications of yoga. Online classes begin October 1, 2022. Admission to program required for enrollment. Details are below.

Aligned with the Hatha Yoga tradition of Sri T. Krishnamacharya, who taught that each student should be instructed in a manner conducive to their own physical, mental and emotional limitations, our Yoga Alliance® registered 300-hour Yoga Therapy Rx teacher training program explores the principles of yoga and their therapeutic application, and prepares yoga teachers to instruct students with physical and mental challenges.

RYS® Disclaimer. The yoga therapy components of our course(s) are based on accreditation by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT), not derived from our status as an RYS® with Yoga Alliance Registry.
