Aligned with the Hatha Yoga tradition of Sri T. Krishnamacharya, who taught that each student should be instructed in a manner conducive to their own physical, mental and emotional limitations, our Yoga Alliance® registered 300-hour Yoga Therapy Rx teacher training program explores the principles of yoga and their therapeutic application, and prepares yoga teachers to instruct students with physical and mental challenges.

RYS® Disclaimer. The yoga therapy components of our course(s) are based on accreditation by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT), not derived from our status as an RYS® with Yoga Alliance Registry.

Students must complete both Yoga Therapy Rx I and Yoga Therapy Rx II courses. Upon successful completion of these two courses, which may be taken concurrently, students will receive a Certificate in Advanced Yoga Therapy Rx. Following the guidelines outlined by Yoga Alliance® for registered 300-hour teacher training programs, this program qualifies participants to register for the 300-hour RYT credential, as verified by the instructors.

Qualified participants are similarly eligible to register for the 500-hour RYT credential, as verified by the instructors, if their prerequisite 200-hour training was certified by Yoga Alliance.
