The respective professional certificate programs prepare yoga teachers and professionals to serve those with health challenges. These challenges can be physical, mental, or emotional. Following a expansive study of human physiology, the yogic traditions, and the fundamentals of healthcare, yoga teachers, health professionals, and certified yoga therapists can confidently and competently prescribe regimens of postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to the suit needs of individual clients.
